Shipping Policies
How long does my order take to ship?
- Typically, if the order is placed before noon on a weekday we usually ship it out that same day. If not, the order is shipped the next workday. Sometimes items may be backordered or may currently be in production and there may be a few extra days before the item ships.

Shipping in the Continental USA
- Most items ship using Priority Mail® shipping. This means that items will reach you in 2-3 Business days. Tracking is provided on these items.
Some items are shipped using First Class® Mail. This means your items will arrive in 2-5 Business days. These items are usually small items less then 1/4 lb. This shipping method is noted in the item’s description if it will be used. Tracking is not available on these items.
Additionally, some items are shipped using Parcel Post®. This means your items will arrive in 2-5 Business days. This shipping method is usually used on large items that require large boxes or for custom items in which time is not a priority. This shipping method is noted in the item’s description if it will be used. Tracking is provided on these items.

Shipping to Alaska / Hawaii
- Priority Mail®, First Class Mail® and Parcel Post® are all available to these two states. Delivery times are higher though. Tracking is provided on Priority Mail® and Parcel Post®.

Shipping to Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO – AE, AP, AA)
- We are happy to ship to APO/FPO boxes. These addresses are treated as addresses within the USA so the same shipping options are available. Delivery times may be slightly longer though. Tracking is provided on Priority Mail® and Parcel Post®.

Shipping to Canada
- Most items ship using First Class International Mail® shipping. First class mail will reach you usually within 6-10 Business days, however, times can vary and it may take a few days longer. Tracking is not available on these items.

- Most items ship using First Class International Mail® shipping. First class mail will reach you usually within 6-10 Business days, however, times can vary depending on country and it may take a few days longer. Tracking is not available on these items.
Since only the USA and Canada are shipping options in the shopping cart, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can get the correct shipping rate for you and check to see if we are able to ship to your country.

A Note on Shipping Methods
- Please note that sometimes the shipping method listed on an specific item or you selected during checkout is not available and an alternate method is used. For example, you may have selected Priority Mail® during checkout, however, due to the cost in shipping to your location, Parcel Post® had to be used.
